Conduct an extraordinary corporate event at The Boulders, where you can hold your conference in one of our ballrooms (complete with panoramic views), enjoy a luncheon or banquet perfectly planned by our efficient staff, or network with colleagues on one of our championship golf courses or tennis courts. 

The Boulders offers:

  • The ability to accommodate 10 to 400 guests
  • Over 50,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor function space:
      • The 17,800 - sq. ft. Tohono Conference Center, with flexible floor plans
      • The 1,925 - sq. ft. Sonoran Ballroom, which can host up to 150 guests
      • The 1,886 - sq. ft. Clubhouse meeting rooms, which can host up to 150 guests
      • Fifteen meeting rooms (some with floor-to-ceiling windows, patios and fireplaces)
      • Three executive casitas, perfect for small conferences and retreats
  • Expert event support staff including an on-property, full-service Destination Management Department
  • Creative catering and menu design tailored to meet the needs of each group
  • Audiovisual equipment and support for your presentations
